Probably the only salad I will willingly eat. Simple and healthy. All you need is: Spinach, Bacon, Hard Boiled Eggs, and Some cheese (I prefer feta but parmesan would work). Top it with maple mustard dressing and its ready to go.
Another simple yet wonderful recipe. All it takes is a bit of our spicy mustard and 2-3 times as much maple syrup. I prefer it with 2 parts maple to 1 part mustard but Momma bear prefers 3 parts maple to 1 part mustard.
